​We invite you to join us and hear from Dr. Christina Cross as she shares from her recent book, "Inherited Inequality: Why Opportunity Gaps Persist between Black and White Youth Raised in Two-Parent Families."  Dr. Cross is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Harvard University and holds a PhD in Public Policy and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
